Of course during the hottest week in TN this year my a/c stopped working. It was late on a Friday when I contacted the AC Crew. My upstairs was 86 degrees and I was hoping they were available over the weekend. I was quickly notified they would respond Saturday morning. Justin the owner, who is super knowledgeable and friendly, responded Saturday morning like he said he would. He actually had the part with him and fixed the issue in no time. This is the 3rd time I’ve had the AC Crew at my house, 1st time for a semi-emergent call, and each time was a great experience. Never upselling, just honest and fair. I highly recommend them.

I have had AC Crew in working in my house several times. They are an excellent company. The technician who came to my home, Jason, was a consummate professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process very clearly, every step of the way. I appreciate the manner in which he worked and conducted himself. When our A/C went out, I called Justin and he was here later that same day. Twenty minutes after he arrived, we had cold air again. Highly recommend!
